Ban-the-Box Laws:

Arkansas has no statewide ban-the-box laws. However the city of Pine Bluff and Pulaski County have adopted local laws:
  • Pine Bluff – This law only applies to the public sector city employers in Pine Bluff. Employers may not inquire about a candidate’s criminal history on an initial employment application.
