NCS Launches Applicant Portal

NCS is excited to announce the launch of our Applicant Portal. This new feature, at no additional cost, makes it faster and easier to obtain additional documents and communicate with your applicants during the background screening process. Simply enter the applicant's email address to invite them to register for an account to access the portal. 

Using the dashboard, applicants have the options to:

  • Update their profile information.
  • View their own background search reports.
  • Upload documents needed to complete a search.
  • Communicate with the employer ordering the background search through the "My Conversations" messaging feature.
  • Share a copy of their search reports.
  • Add addresses, employer and education information as needed to complete searches.
  • Dispute any criminal records electronically.
